What levels of care are available at The Crossings at Eastchase?

Our flexible living options, including independent livingassisted living and memory care, allow residents to enjoy greater convenience and ease during their retirement. By providing a seamless transition between levels of care, The Crossings gives residents reassurance for their future health care needs. Additionally, independent living residents are rewarded with a loyalty benefit which offers a lower monthly cost for long-term, onsite health services if ever needed.

Is there an entry fee, or buy in?

There is no entry fee required at The Crossings at Eastchase as it operates as a rental senior living community without requiring a large, lump-sum payment upon move-in. Residents benefit from all that our active, maintenance-free retirement lifestyle has to offer – without a long-term contract.

What types of activities and events does the community offer?

Residents of The Crossings at Eastchase have full access to fun and convenient opportunities to stay active and engaged, as well as a multitude of amenities. What floor plans does the Crossings offer?

The floor plan options at The Crossings all offer elegant features and contemporary finishes in a variety of layouts. Choose from one- and two-bedroom floor plans in independent living; studio, one and two bedrooms in assisted living; and studio and one bedrooms in memory care.

Do the apartments have balconies or patios?

Yes, many of our independent living apartments include a balcony with outdoor access, depending on their location and floor plan. Our community also features several outdoor gathering spaces which residents use for socializing and special events.
